The terms, in plain words.

Short, because there is not much to say, and honest, because a rule that is not enforced is not a rule. Using Trading Reps means you agree to these.

1. What Trading Reps is

Educational software for learning to read stock charts. It is a library of real, historical trading days with the chart replayed bar by bar, and tools to mark where you would have entered, stopped and sold, after the fact.

2. Your account

Your account is your email address. You sign in with a link sent to it; there is no password. Keep that inbox yours: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person per account. You must be 18 or older.

3. Free and paid

The free tier is ten charts with every tool on. It costs nothing and needs no card.

The paid plan is US$29 a month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and unlocks the whole library. It renews each month until you cancel. There is no one-time purchase and no other plan is sold on this site today.

Cancelling. Cancel any time yourself from Manage subscription at the top of the app, from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing the address at the bottom of this page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Part months are not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it. If you believe you were charged in error, email and it will be looked at by a person.

Prices can change. If the monthly price changes, you will be emailed at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

4. The charts, and what you may do with them

The charts are historical market data licensed to Trading Reps for display inside this product. You may look at them, replay them, draw on them and learn from them, for yourself. You may not copy the library or any large part of it, scrape it, redistribute it, resell it, or use it to build another product or dataset. Screenshots of individual charts for your own notes, or to discuss a chart with others, are fine.

5. Your marks and drawings

Marks, drawings and notes you make on charts are stored in your own browser. They are yours. They do not currently follow you to another device or browser, and clearing your browser's storage deletes them.

6. Availability and changes

This is a small product run by one person. It is offered as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and charts, features or the library may change, including cards being added, corrected or removed when a data error is found. Errors in historical data are corrected when found, not guaranteed absent.

7. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trading Reps and its owner are not liable for any loss, including any trading loss, arising from using or relying on this software. The most you can recover from us for any claim is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending an account

You can stop using it at any time; email to have your account and data deleted. We may close an account that breaks section 4, and will say why.

9. Which law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, where the owner lives and the product is run from.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date below changes and paying users are emailed. Last updated 8 September 2026.

11. Reaching the founder

The chat box on every page goes to Ace, who built this, and he answers it himself, usually the same day and within three days at most. He will help with reading charts and point you to books and the right places to look. He will not give stock picks or trade signals, to anyone, ever.
